I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Dial-a-Bed branch at The Grove Mall, Pretoria East, particularly from salesperson, Mr. Hosia Ngando. On 5 September, I paid a deposit of R4,000 to lay-by a bed. However, I later changed my mind and returned to the store on 16 September to request a refund. Mr. Ngando informed me that the refund process would take 4 to 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. On 19 September, while at the mall, I visited the store to check on the progress of the refund. I was informed by the staff on duty that my refund request had been approved. However, as of 25 September—seven working days after my initial request—I had still not received my refund. What is even more concerning is that when I asked Mr. Ngando to show me the email he claimed to have sent to his regional manager on 17 September, it became clear that the email was only sent on 19 September. This deception is unacceptable and demonstrates a serious lack of integrity. There are two key principles in sales: respect your customers and ensure they leave with a positive experience. Unfortunately, my experience at Dial-a-Bed, The Grove, has been the exact opposite. I feel misled and ignored, and I am still waiting to be told when I will receive my money. I lost total trust and confidence in this specific Dial a Bed outlet at the Grove Mall due to the pathetic service. Up to now they are still not in a position to advise me on when i will receive MY MONEY !!
I read through a review submitted by Renee R on 1 May 2021 on this platform and i must say the similarities are striking when compared to the experience i had.In short i joined GGGaming in 2020 due to covid and learnt about them on a famous sports show and thought that if they are given such a big platform on to advertise on they should be trustworthy, but to my surprise .......Things started off well and payouts were given on time and Customer Service was excellent .After having a run of luck which resulted in winning substantial amounts at gggaming in one week i then enquired about a delay in payouts during this time i was then told that the Risk dept will contact me which they did and they advised that i am under investigation due to irregular activities on my account :) They promised a full report with their findings and promised to deliver it within 21 days with their findings.At the time of writing it is now day 70 still no response.Treating me like a ***** works for them when the only thing i am guilty of is having a fair run of luck and winning big which they could not handle.When i won little they would pay out but when the odds turned against them they turn on you.Be aware before signing up with this company.They are just your friends when you win smalll.One big win and see how they turn against you.Apart from not getting back my winnings i neither managed to receive the huge deposits made.
Ive been a loyal FNB private banking customer for over 20 years and recently i have experienced the most appalling service with regards to my two revolving loan accounts.On the one account im only being charged interest so my loan amount is not decreasing and the other revolving facility has been suspended for reasons im not sure why.Every time i ask an update im told to wait 3-5 working days.My first complaint was lodged on 4 January,its almost two months later my two revolving accounts are still in disarry.My private banker Mr Tebogo Malumane has been of no assistance whatsover.I honestly dont see the value of paying a service fee for a PVT banker when you have to do everything yourself.Its easy FNB...!Please sort out your nonsense as i have never missed a debit order in my life so i dont understand why my one revolving facility is suspended.And sort out the other account as you stopped deducting the full amount so you can only benefit from charging me interest.Shocking service.Cancel my private banking account cause its useless as i have to manage my accounts myself
