Put in a 3rd party claim, assessment was done on the 11th of October. I have spoken to the consultant multiple times afterwards and have since found out that the assessment was done on the incorrect headlight. I submitted quote on correct light and was promised by consultant that he would get back to me. I have not received any correspondence from him since my assessment was done, and he has made many promises since 14th of October to get back to me, but still has not.
Franke geyser replaced in 2019 under warranty, with a new geyser with a 5 year warranty. Now 3 years later the geyser has cracked again. Franke refusing to reimburse stating that the geyser is only under guarantee from the 1st geyser installation date. How do you replace a geyser and then says it falls under the previous, broken geysers guarantee date?? I will report this to ombudsman
