Both my mom and I ordered burgers we asked for medium to well and they were basically still alive. Yes they gave us new ones, but the food took long to get to our table both times and the waiter was mainly at the counter eating sweets and didn't really check on us.
I wish I didn't even have to give it a star. I still haven't received a response via email. No updates on my delivery or if I could get my money back.
Definitely a company I'll use again. Great deals and the delivery is always up to standards and keeps you posted. And allows you to pay cash at the same time.
Since I have shared, the bad experience with hellopeter, the company has still not contacted me or sent my parcel. Can anyone help me out PLEASE!
This company doesn't even deserve one star! I am so unhappy and frustrated with their service. I've been waiting for my boots for months, and I don't receive any updates and they won't give me a refund. They literally have stolen money from me, and I've been to the bank to try and get it back, but there are hassles. Can anyone help me out 😭
It's been two months I've been waiting for my boots, I haven't received any updates or an apology or saying they would refund.
I ordered boots at the beginning of August, and I haven't received my boots yet, I asked them about it, and then they gave me a excuse in saying they had trouble with the courier service, in a delaid email. So I replied in saying I would like my money back, they said they can't do that as they will be losing money, but the fact is I'm the one losing money. They didn't even apologize and say that they will make a plan to get the boots to me as soon as possible. They also said if I want my money back, I could return them, now would I have to wait two months for my money back or how ever long it takes as I'm still waiting on my boots. And would I have to pay to send them back? I will definitely not be purchasing from them again.
