Disgusted by FNB and their treatment and service
***** Card happening and FNB failed to alert me, Have loans which I dont know about cant get any assistance on the app want to close this this account cause it may be the staff from FNB committing *****

Highly Incompetent.
You guys are supposedly are responsible for administering my Medical Aid scheme Plan Copper Core with Sizwe I just want to let you know what a pathetic job you are doing I've never been so livid, gutted and disgusted by your services together with Sizwe Medical Aid, You guys are extremely incompetent and very terrible at doing your jobs I would never recommend you guys to anyone, Very Poor customer service.

Extremely Poor services from everyone at Sizwe Medical Aid and Enablemed.
I've got a serious concern with Sizwe Medical Aid fund Scheme and Enablemed, Firstly Whenever I go to DR consultations I don't have funds on the scheme I'm on I've never been sent a break down of the funds allocated to the scheme, I get sent irrelevant sms, post mails and e-mails regarding voting for the Organization board or whatever it is they they normally send and I get a texted sms informing me that My Medical Aid scheme policy has been cancelled without My knowledge nor consent, Since I've joined Sizwe Medical Aid scheme I've had nothing but atrocious extremely poor service from Sizwe Medical Aid and Enablemed, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone as you would be left highly disappointed with their poor and non existent customer services If you are a member I urge you to leave and find a better Medical Aid scheme before you regret.
