I booked a table at Aurum for my birthday. Phoned them personally to avoid any confusion and they sent me a sms for confirmation. Upon reaching there I find out the entire venue was booked off for corporate function. Not only they spoiled my birthday evening but also didn’t do anything to make up for their human error. Had the worst experience ever. Verybad service
Firstly they cancel my subscription without any notice, even after full payment. Its been 3 days, and numerous phone call to the customer support, no help at all. I am blowing money on phone data to survive Worst service provider and horrible undertrained customer service.
Beautiful ambience, lovely food but terrible staff. They are rude very rude and demand high gratuity even after bad service. They spoiled our evening ???. I am definitely not going there again ?
