Did not receive my breakage deposit back ,after my stay
I booked a break via Zest Holidays , from 4-8 October 2021, paid all required money including my breakage deposit, which are refundable (or so they said) . I completed my refund form as they requested after our stay and emailed it back to them with my banking details. Today is 30 November 2021, and I am still waiting for my breakage refund. On the forms they claim to pay it back after 10 days. I have send them numerous emails asking for the refund, but I am totally ignored.

Julle is regtig "useless"
Ek self het baie slegte ondervinding met Soledariteit ervaar. Ek het hulp nodig gehad toe my werk besluit om my permanente kontrak te verander na n LDC kontrak of hulle retrench my. Het Soledariteit gekontak om hulp, aangesien ek vir meer as 10 jaar n lid van hulle was. Daar is net vir my gese jammer ons kan jou nie help nie. Tog was julle stiptelik om julle debiet order af te trek elke maand vir 10 jaar lank.
