I order and paid for dinning room table, bench and 5 chairs in 2022, and I still have not received my chairs. I left a review on Hello Peter in 2023, and was contacted very quickly to send through proof of payment, correspondence etc, and I was asked to please take down the review which I did, but to date I have not heard anything back from these people.
I placed and paid for an order on the 28th February. I was told delivery would be 2-5 business days. I was then told that I will receive my order on the 11th or 12th March. I still have not received my order and my watsapp messages are being ignored.
My contract was due for an upgrade. I did the upgrade and when I received my bill for the month they are charging me a device obligation fee for the previous device because the contract only ended in March. Why offer an upgrade when I still need to pay for the old device? I was not informed of this fee. I upgraded one of my other lines last year and was not charged this fee. When I call to try and resolve this I am told that there is nothing that can be done, because what's done is done. Pathetic service. I have 3 contracts with Telkom and I will be cancelling them all as soon as they come to an end. Absolutely pathetic.
