DO NOT BUY from them, it's a **** Instagram account, *****ing from unsuspecting victims. It is a ****! Many people have lost money to them.

Tealife_SA are ******* that did not deliver my order!
I believe I have been ****med, just like the other reviewers alluded. I ordered the tea from these people on 02 March. I then sent to their WhatsApp number the POP on 05 March and enquired about the delivery. She responded asking for my delivery address, of which I furnished immediately. On 07 March I started following up asking when to expect the delivery. On 11 March she responded saying delivery would be made on Wednesday 13 March. That was the last communication from them and I never received the order. They have been ignoring my WhatsApp messages and DM’s on Instagram. Their posts have been set to block any comments, which is another sign that they’re out to **** people. On 22 March I started to change my follow up on delivery to demanding my money back. That too has fallen on deaf ears and ignored. Anyone who continues to order from these ****mers will be doing it at their own risk. You have been warned! Their website has now been shutdown due to *****ulent activities.

PAID FOR AN ORDER THAT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ALMOST A MONTH LATER
I placed and paid for an order on the 28th February. I was told delivery would be 2-5 business days. I was then told that I will receive my order on the 11th or 12th March. I still have not received my order and my watsapp messages are being ignored.

TeaLife_SA is a s*** for sure!
A s*** for sure. Places an order. After payment, there's no communication. It's been 16 days. They don't reply to any messages. Please report their page on Insta as a s*** so that we save other people. They have turned comments off. Also, go to the police station so that the bank account can be flagged. The more case numbers the better.

They are *******. I ordered a buy 1 get 1 free February special as advertised on their Instagram page. Person taking order on Whatsapp communicated that deliveries take place Tuesdays and Fridays. It's now 12 March and haven't received my order. Last response was 29 February to say Dispatch team are sending parcel. When I query on IG, no response. On WhatsApp, no response. She has blocked me from commenting on IG as well, so that other users cannot see their devious business practices. Hope you get what's coming to you, you rot-gut.

Do not order from @tealife_sa on Instagram. They take your money and never send you the products. Order not received-TEALIFE SA - IT IS A **** **** **** ****-!!!!!
I made payment for my detox tea order on the 28th of February 2024.They were doing a promotion on their Instagram page,(Valentines special on buy one and get one free). I send them proof of payment via Whatsapp as per their order instruction.They acknowledged the payment and that was the last i received a message from them!!! I have been sending messages on Whatsapp,and never received any feedback and have been blocked instead. I tried to call the same Whatsapp number,with no luck.I have also been blocked on Instagram for responding to someone who commented that she received an incorrect order, which i also confirmed that i am still waiting for mine,till this day i have never received my order which according to them ,turn around time for delivery is 2 to 5 working days!!! Please should away from this Tealife SA,because it is nothing but a ****...unfortunately i only realized after i made payment into their Nedbank account!!!
