****. They were previously Tea Life on Instagram. Have now changed their name to Slim_and_tone_sa because they were *****ing people's money, and now changed page, and continue taking people's money without delivering products. DON'T USE THEM.
They are *******. I ordered a buy 1 get 1 free February special as advertised on their Instagram page. Person taking order on Whatsapp communicated that deliveries take place Tuesdays and Fridays. It's now 12 March and haven't received my order. Last response was 29 February to say Dispatch team are sending parcel. When I query on IG, no response. On WhatsApp, no response. She has blocked me from commenting on IG as well, so that other users cannot see their devious business practices. Hope you get what's coming to you, you rot-gut.
After the supposed "MANAGER" calling me, and advising that risk items claim will be finalised, still SILENCE from their side. Having to call in every other day, and still cannot get through to the relevant person. Everyone I get through is supposedly relaying the messages, but nothing getting done. But, I'm certain they will still debit me for the risk items premiums to go off 30 November, when loss took place in October. AND, they want to cover some risk items at an older "model" quote. Ridiculous. Daylight Robbery on their part. And this after being a client for 10 years.
Total scammers. After being a customer for 10 years, and getting such run around. Claiming all "risk" items due to an attempted hijack. I don't even want to know what would have happened if they had to administer the car loss too. Now refusing to pay for these "out and about" items which are all listed as specified risk items. It's so so disappointing. The level of service has been atrocious.
DISGUSTING THIEVES. Bought tickets in December for first week of January. Understand with Cyril locking down on 28 Dec, but when he opened again, these thieves are REFUSING TO OPEN THE PARK. The biggest scam is they refuse to REFUND people. The story from the person who answers the phones is "MANAGEMENT SAID SO". As of now, Feb 8th they say they will open some time in September. Who knows if they will even be open that time, but they are refusing to refund us.
Hanno from Men in Trees is awesome. He is so professional and knowledgeable. Regardless of your initial requirements, he gives so much good advice just around the garden as well. I've done quite a big tree feeling job with him. He and his team are great. And they neaten up and leave the place spotless.
My roof has been damaged due to multiple guys standing on there whilst fixing gutter work I ordered, now have leaking into my house. Various points of the gutters also leaking, and not even 2 weeks old. Owner won't take our calls. Damage getting worse and worse. Guys work very untidy and leave huge nails laying all over place, don't clean up after themselves. I told the owner they are very untidy. They splash mud all over walls, had to ask them to clean up, he reckons, the rain will do it. I laughed and said, no you will do it now before you leave. He begrudgingly removed the mud with a broom. Removed bird boards at top point of roof and didn't put back, now I have birds in the roof too. Nightmare continues, after I just wanted to do my gutters, that's all.
