Unethical business. The sales conaultant promised that before I start using the service that i would be given enough time to cancel with my current provider ao that I do not get billed by two differwnt companies.. Now they have installed the fibre but not delivered the router yet... As if now I have received no router which means I have not used their fibre.. I am not able to, but I am being billed from the day of installation... So I am paying for something I am unable to use.. And they refuse to hold of on the billing until month end when my current provider will accept my cancellation...
