WORST BANK ADN SERVICE EVER- STAY AWAY
WORST BANK EVER I MADE AN IMMEDIATE PAYMENT ON THE 25TH JULY TO A NEDBANK CLIENT AND UP UNTIL TODAY THE CLIENT HAS NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY - NEDBANK CONFIRMED MONEY WAS NOT RECEIVED FROM DISCOVERY BANK HOWEVER THE MONEY LEFT MY ACCOUNT- I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE CALL CENTER SINCE THE 26TH JULY AND EVERYDAY THE SAME STORY THEY ARE LOOKING INTO IT- AT THE END OF THE DAY IT IS MY MONEY THAT GONE FROM THERE BANK - NO ONE RETURNS MY CALLS OR EMAILS

WORST STAY AND SERVICE FROM WILDERNESS HOTEL
We recently had our wedding at the Wilderness Hotel and I must admit I am disgusted by the way we and our guest who stayed over were treated by the staff from our arrival the Friday right through to the Sunday morning. It was storming when we arrived and no one offered to help us with our bags but when WHITE PEOPLE needed assistance a porter was allocated= the staff has no idea what customer service is - Tammy and Prudence you two ladies deserves 10 stars - thank you stepping up. One would think after spending so much money that we would have been treated with a slight bit of importance

DISSAPOINTED
Worst experience ever received from Rage store based in George Hibernia street. I purchased a pair of shoes for a friend of mine and it ended up being to small, by then I had already misplaced my receipt. I was told by the staff including management there is nothing they can do and i should just give the shoes away and buy another pair. no consideration whatsoever and myself, friends and family will no longer be making use of them
