Woolworths online is a scam. You won’t get your refund
Do not expect your refund for a cancelled online order. They will make you wait 14 business days and you still won’t receive your money !!

The clothes look ugly in real life.
The clothes will catfish you, they don’t respond to emails and their refund request process barely works. I’ve tried buying from them multiple times and I have always been disappointed. Maybe things are better in the actual store but I don’t recommend online purchases

Do not bother using them.
Zero customer service. You will not receive your package on time and neither with you receive an explanation. Honestly doesn’t do anything the website claims it does
