I had to take my cat to the vet on Sunday for the treatment of an abscess and sent my invoice to claims on the Monday morning. During the course of the morning I got a phone call informing me that the settlement of the claim had been approved and my money was paid into my account this morning. Well done Dotsure...your professionalism and speed are something other insurance companies can look up to and try to emulate. Once again, great work!
I bought a lounge suite from Decortex through Bidorbuy just recently and it turned out to be nothing like the picture advertised. I complained about this and asked for it to be either corrected or have my money paid back. After weeks of deliberation between Decortex and Bidorbuy, it turns out that the lounge suite will be changed to suit what was on the picture...but I have to pay R1000.00 in transport costs?? This was not my error from the beginning and I'm still required to pay for it?? This is just daylight robbery! And I am still sitting on a lounge suite that I do not want.
Decortex advertised a lounge suite for half the normal price and I bought it. When I received it, it was nothing compared to the picture listed. I lodged a complaint with bidorbuy because it was listed with them and requested a refund, but the owner refuses to communicate with either of us. Decortex need to be put out of business because he is a liar and a cheat to put it mildly. I am R7000 out of pocket and sitting on a very uncomfortable and unwanted lounge suite.
