They are ****mers, there is a loan *****ulently opened in my name, and I have been sending request with documents to proof that, but they never get back to me. However they will call to say the loan is in arrears, I didn't even know about them until the *****, they are ***** themselves.
Good day, I am really disappointed and upset about the service I received at your dealership. Firstly I bought a car in for repairs and advised the service advisor that I have a service plan with motorite and that was written on the Job document. I didn't receive any update of how the progress is on the car, until I called Meslissa and I was told the car is fixed and I have to pay R3600. I was never called to ask to authorize the fix or accept the quote, I then asked them if they called motorite to claim, they said they have not done so. I personally called motorite and was told the dealership are the once who supposed to call them, she called them and she was send an email to advise her to send the claim. Up until today, they haven't called motorite to claim for me to know if the claim can be paid or not, I have been calling and I can't get hold of Melissa. I have been very inconvenienced financially , due the the incompetence of your staff and now I have to be running after them to claim as I have called motorite and they advised that and email was send to Melissa to send claim. My Mercedes me adaptor was also removed and it not fitted back to the car, I found it on the drivers door pocket, I am really really disappointed by the poor service I received at your dealership.
