Hello I would like to express my dissatisfaction with regards to your colour pencils. My daughter has only had them for a few weeks since school started in January and they are already short, everytime she sharpens them the nibs break off.For the amount of money one spends on the brand I would expect much better quality. This has been such a waste of money for me as i now have to purchase colour pencils again and term one has not even ended.
Today I went into crocs store Canal Walk and wanted to return my pair of crocs which I bought on the 3 for 2 sale.I was told to contact customer care line with a contact number which does not work! I was also told I cannot return the pair as the other 2 pairs also need to be returned. Now I cannot do this because my kids are already wearing the other 2 pairs. I am not interested in exchanging the product either as I am not happy with the product and I have enough other crocs. The deception comes in where there are no visible terms and conditions advertised when doing this particular "3 for 2" purchase and also by the slip I can tell I have not paid for 2 pairs and only received 3 but in essence I was discounted on each pair separately. with the above i cannot see why i would need to return all 3 pairs and be refunded my discounted price!!! I have laid a complaint on Hello peter and other social media platforms. in no store nor on the slip does it tell you that you actually get discounted on 3 pairs and not pay for 2 and receive the cheapest free. in no store or on the slip or even on media adverti*****ts does it tell you that you cannot return one pair out of the 3! i demand a refund on my pair and that FAIR and TRUTHFUL advertising be placed
cotton on items are not fairly reasonable in comparison to the recent quality they provide , specifically on footwear. This winter i have purchased 2 pairs of boots, of which each costed est R700. both of my boots have the upper material worn out and the rubber on the heels have come off on either one of the heels. i have only worn these into office and only go into office twice a week for the past 2 months so i cannot even blame this on wear and tear. if they had priced it cheaper i would have understood the boot would not have lasted long..but that is not the case with cotton on. they are meant to be a brand with quality material used for their "quality" items. the boots are not the only items i have had an issue with, i have bought numerous plain cotton tees which have also gotten cotton ***** on them as if they have been owned for a very long time, cotton on needs to reconsider the price they are selling their items for vs the quality they are marketing. i feel as thought i have been defrauded of my money in aim to spend well and wisely on quality clothing. H&M has provided much reasonable prices and far better quality. this is a pitty as Cotton on has some real fresh designs, but unfortunately the price and quality don't match . best to only buy when they have real big discounts at their factory store, then the quality vs price would not be an issue.
words cannot begin to describe the lack of professionalism and poor customer service this company has. it would be a mistake to go into business with them. communication is all over the place, nobody knows what the next person is doing and no one assumes accountability or patience to resolve a query.
