On day 5 now for a sim swam and its still not done. Cancelled both my lines with them

Poor service from Rude people.
Bought 2 solar optimizers from them on Wednesday. They initially wanted to charge me R400 for couriers for something that is the size of a lunch box. After fighting I got it down to R160. I then received them and changed my mind about them and returned them on Thursday. (Unused in original packaging) I was then told that I can't return electronic items. I asked them to show me those terms and conditions on their website and they couldn't. I then after a lot of fighting got them to take it back but they charged me a 25% handling fee. I then told them that their website terms and conditions states the handling fee is 10% and was told by Gawie (Director or something) that he doesnt care. I can either take the 75% back or get nothing. Must be the rude-ist person I ever spoken to over the phone. Wont be surprised if they dont exist in a few years. Think twice before buying anything from them. Rather pay more somewhere else! Pity hellopeter doesnt have 0 stars. I paid 2200 incl couriers both ways and got 1380 back eventually. Stay away
Bought a car from them and reported the issue here before on my previous post. I got a reply saying i have been called and the issues was resolved but they never called me. Needless to say I bought a car from them and it was smoking the very next day and they refused to fix it. Cost R32000 to repair and they just didnt care. They also send the car for roadworthy to some ***** place and i got a rwc certificate but there were many faults that I had to fix myslef

Webuycars suck!!
Bought a car about two months ago and as I drove home the gearbox had issues. It went in for repairs (took two weeks where i had no transport) Got it back and noticed its using a lot of oil (1 litre a week). Logged a query immediately. Its been 6 weeks and not resolved. Was dealing with Kimberley Mngomezulu who doesnt return calls or resppned to mails. Then called her manager Shane Bates who is also not responding to my mails or my calls or returning any off it. Got a quote for it to be epaired and dont have any feedback from either of the above people in this regard. Kimberley told me I cant use the car as they wont pay for the oil. They also dont want to pay for a rental car. Asked both of them to get management to call me but that hasnt happened either. So im paying R6000 a month for a car that Im not allowed to drive or thats getting reapaired.
