I need to ask:
Does pickitup still charge the COJ when it's workers are on strike and are not providing any service?
Why does COJ still charge the customers for a service they are not providing (refuse removal) during the pickitup strike?
This has been an on going problem for the last 6 months, how do we claim a credit from COJ?
We should not be getting charged for a service we do not receive, any organization would be challenged on this, why is COJ exempt from this?
We want a credit for non-delivery from COJ, COJ can claim from pickitup.
A visit to Grande Provance Heritage Restaurant in Franschhoek

A great weekend in Franschhoek was spoilt by a dinner at one of the wineries restaurants.

It started with us asking for one of the wineries popular wines - Angels Tears, on the wine menu. We were told that they do not serve this at dinner, it is a picnic wine, then why put it on the wine list?

The reality was that the only tears that followed were ours as a result of the bad service and average food.

It goes like this...
We were placed outside in front of a fire on a 30 degree evening. The fire, almost out, was added to after our arrival and became a blazing bonfire adding another 20 degrees to the temperature. We asked to be moved. The waiter disappeared. We asked again to be moved and a lovely lady waiter, the only highlight to the visit, made it happen immediately.

The food. What can we say, we had to ask the waiter to explain what and how the starter, main, tasters, aperitif, dessert were strung together. Strung together is probably how we would explain it as it seemed that most of the menu was created on the fly as the portions differed in size, the waiters never knew what was actually in each course. We ask
The ADSL was still intermittent as of 3 Feb 2015. We have reported it 3 times since the 2 January 2015. Therefore the problem has not been resolved satisfactorily. Telkom has closed the query TWICE without resolution and then we have to open it again.. Why does it take this long to attend to a business ADSL. The current fault ref is 662CRK250115. We want the query resolved, we want a credit for our line rental and ADSL data costs for the month of January 2015. I have escalated this twice on the website? no response. We tried calling but it's no wonder that they have large call volumes, after holding for more than 50 minutes I gave up. Telkom technicians have called and said they will attend to this but we have never had a call back stating the result. We are using Vodacom wireless to connect and it is currently costing us a fortune to keep our business running. Where is Telkom? where are their technicians?
