Poor service by that company been requesting paid up letter now my numbers are blocked
I made an application 6 months ago online then I was told my documents are missing I need to send on watsapp I did so the guy who was supposed to help me was so unprofessional sending me messaging at nights telling me unprofessional things and when I did not pick up his calls at night he said he will not help me, I called the head office explained my problem and asked for help at first the ladies said that guy will not make such demands but gave me an email I sent the documents needed till this date ! The email I got Monday was I received ur emails n will process ur documents but today I hear something different !
I put a death Claim for my sister 14 June to this date i have not been paid..i spoke to different consultants and all of them say one thing..we have a system problem.i had to borrow money to bury my sister yet i hv been with assupol for 9 years
the costumer services consultants are all rude I was trying to track an order of which installment has went through..one of them went to the extent of saying I keep on sayin helo helo when she was quite and thought it was a bad connection.she hang up my call and told her colleagues to do the same. I should have read the reviews because the consultants are so rude shame by that time the first deduction went through but I dnt have my things.im so sad
Recently wrote a review about budget insurance about my a claim.budget insurance is cruel and it's ok when you pay them but when they have to pay your claim they have stories.i despise the day I joined that scam.their senior consultant who was very very very rude called me and told me I lied about the accident and she has proof when I asked which proof he spoke about then he spoke of the towing people whom where the last on the scene.she called me a liar and told me the third party did not have a reason to lie but I had every reason to lie .I reprimanded her of her tone....futher more she said I was speeding because I was driving at 110 and it was a busy road I even asked her if she sure of what she is saying and all that..my mental state is not ok all thanks to budget insurance
I had an accident on the 1st of August reported the next day in the morning .I was told within 7 working days I would be told whether my claim will be approved or declined although reason for declining were not even stated.after 07 days they contacted me told me they must debit for the following month first as suprised and unsettled with their procedure I said ok ..I called them days later to ask why they did not deduct they said it will go through midnight. I was asked to submit AR report and contact details of the person I was dropping off on the night in question. I remember even saying to the lady it's so difficult as I lost my phone on that scene but I will try all means to get those numbers. What puzzled me was the administration that comes with everything it is like you are hired to work for them .I tried to get the ar report but failed dismally because the police station had covid the next day I was informed to go to traffic department when I arrived they also had covid.i was so angry at all the exposure I'm putting myself at whilst they sitting in their offices looking for loopholes and deciding on my future I told them I'm struggling to get an ar report but provided them with my ar number was told to not stress my claim is being processed I was still asked to look for the telephone number of klersdorp police branch I was so ****ed of what kind of an insurance company unable to get more contact numbers.everything is on me..I do the run around and report to them nearly cost me my job..if i knew i would go through this with them i would have remained with first for women since it has good reviews. I complained on Facebook they called me sounding irritated telling they told me not to stress.ok after they debited again second day I was sent a consent form i was told my tracker report is incorrect that when something in me told me something fishy is about to happen how can my tracker be incorrect.. on their consent i do not give consent only for ar and tracker report but a whole more other things ,medical reports,bank statement and all other things I'm not happy with them and i get constant anxiety and would warn anyone who wants to insure with them...I'm at the point whereby i an ready fr to be disappointed Please assist
