Defective Lenovo Laptop,Brand New and Already Useless.
I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the ongoing, unresolved issues with my Lenovo laptop and the lack of urgency in addressing them. Despite repeated attempts to seek resolution through your support channels, Lenovo laptop continues to be a complete letdown. After just a few months of basic use, it’s now overheating to the point of shutting down entirely. Not only is it unusable for anything remotely demanding, but it’s also unreliable for the simplest of tasks. For the price and brand reputation, this is incredibly frustrating. I expected at least baseline performance and durability. Lenovo I need my laptop fixed ASAP!!!!

Disappointed with Lenovo-and charging failure.
I’m very disappointed with my Lenovo laptop. After only a few months of use, it began overheating constantly, even during light tasks like browsing or using Word. The fan runs loudly, and the laptop gets extremely hot, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to use on my lap. Worse, it recently stopped charging completely. I've tried different chargers and outlets, but nothing works. For a well-known brand like Lenovo, I expected much better reliability. Customer service has been slow to respond, and I feel frustrated with the lack of support. I use this laptop for work and I have lost out on work, on top of that I am told that it is not covered under warranty, no communication, no accountability from Lenovo, Definitely not a product I would recommend.
