Ordered a parcel to be picked up from Bloemfontein to Discovery in Roodepoort Thu, Dec 9, 10:39 AM for over night delivery(XOC1605485),as of now Dec10,15:10 PM,the parcel has not even being collected with XOC making one falls promise/excuse after another .Said parcel was supposed to have been delivered at my address overnight by end of business today December 10.
