Update on the issue with service and starter of customers car. Thank you Dave for resolving the dispute, which was an unfortunate misunderstanding. You were professional and most helpful.
No customer service. The car went in perfect for a free service and was told it would be ready later. Then they said the car did not want to start. But, there was nothing wrong with the starter in the first place. Arrogance and disrespect came with a ridiculous amount exceeding the woman's budget. This is not on Mercedes and no thanks to Dave the service manager.
