I have a voucher of R1,649 which needs to be redeemed. The website is down, social media pages are down and emails are unresponsive. There is no way to get in touch with the company or staff (Claire Stier and Laura Loubser). It is frustrating to not have any line of communication with the company or any update on what is going on.
My fibre line has been down since the 16th August. A query was logged and I was notified that a technician would be sent out within 2 to 3 days. By the 19th August, I had still received no communication from Vox. After a follow up, I was told that a technician would be sent out by the weekend. Still nothing. It has been 7 days since the query was logged, and the service received from Vox during this process has been exceptionally poor. I am continuously told that the matter is being escalated and the blame is being passed onto others. Vox has shown that they cannot provide a reliable service, especially during a period of urgency when working from home requires a reliable internet line. I am considering other ISP's in the market and would advise others to do the same.
