I had an offer for a free gift of which I had to pay for courier n unfortunately because I dont have courier fee I couldn't get my gift tried to change for platinum itself to send a gift like my friend received but they couldn't help

We have a voucher of R7000 with them and now that we wanted to redeem the voucher the site has closed down, their landline has been disconnected and Claire Stier one of the Directors is not answering phone calls. We have always used Gift Experience SA with no hassle, this is very sad that they the people's money and leave everyone hanging with no notice to their customers

I have a voucher of R1,649 which needs to be redeemed. The website is down, social media pages are down and emails are unresponsive. There is no way to get in touch with the company or staff (Claire Stier and Laura Loubser). It is frustrating to not have any line of communication with the company or any update on what is going on.

A bunch of ****mers, they refuse to redeem my voucher and their website is down now, what about my voucher? Please don't buy any vouchers from them.. Claire and Laura will just ignore your WhatsApp if you tell them you want to redeem.. Disappointed!
