Good day Helo Peter Can you assist me I had a loan from Old Mutual and I was offered last year 60% discount on this loan. I was given 12 months period to finish the balance and managed to settle it before 12 months ends in June 2025. Then I went to request for my paid up letter and I was told to wait 21 days. Till todate I have never received my paid up letter from Old mutual and there is poor service and no feedback provided to me. I had to utilise my airtime tring to reach them and even went to the branch and they tell me stories or even drop the phone. When I called on the 9 July 2025 Mr Wandile Mbalekwa told me the letter will be issued to me soon. I called on the 16 July 2025 Ms Celestine promised that I will be furnished with my paid up letter. I visited the branch again on the 25 July 2025 response was that from the system it reflect the payment been done full but they not sure why the delay. Please assist me Hello Peter I need my paid up letter.
Good day Hello Peter I have a problem with Metropolitan. I have terminated the annuity policy and having completed the relevant forms last week and today only received the R400 which is the premium normally deducted on my salary each month. According to the signed policy on alterations when the client decide to terminate the fund is to be charged casual event levy and transaction fee. But in my case have received nothing. Please assist me

Morning Hello Peter I have a problem with Standard Bank I took the funeral policy from them in 2013 and ever since I never had any problem. Last month February 2024 deductions were done as usual but from the month of March there were no deductions . I called then on the 18th March 2024 to get explanation and the officer's response was that it had been cancelled on the 27th February 2024. I asked her who gave them the authority to do that and her response was that it could be a mistake but she will escalate the query to senior officials. I have waited since Monday 18th March today. I want them to correct this as soon as possible. Please help me Hello Peter.

Morning Hello Peter I wish to thank you for all the efforts you have made in many complaints which I had and they have been resolved in a very short space of time few weeks back in this year. Your platform Hello Peter helped me a lot and proud of. The only company that makes things difficult for me is Sanlam I was told by Senior Consultant is this company that I can be able to withdraw the lumpsum from my late mother investment utilising the Discounted Value option in three days after that they respond that claim is in progress will be contacted shortly hence I requested them to project the amount. Yesterday I received a call in this company they say it was a mistake the lumpsum cannot be paid. This lady was shouting at me and was furious she concluded to say I can go to Hello Peter she does not cate about Hello Peter that was around 13h50 pm. I collaped yesterday as am not ready for this and still in grieving process. I however Hello Peter my self respect your platform and will always do regardless of people who are rude to you and being respectful. I just wanted to raise this dissatisfaction and unhappiness. Thank you so much Hello Peter for your effort I must say again I fully respect your platform and recommend you.
Good day Hello Peter the matter still not resolved yet as am still analyzing the documents that need to be completed and returned back to Sanlam hence am seeking for advice as am not comfortable with the terms and conditions. I cannot just put the signature I still need more information from the Sanlam Life then I will decide.
Good day Hello Peter am not satisfied with Sanlam Life I was promised that claim for the investment once the documentation completed and submitted to them will probably take few days but now they prolong the period for payment and am not given proper feedback you being served by different officials. Good day Hello Peter can you assist me I have been following up on my mother death claim and metropolitan responded that policy active currently but the person who was responsible should send them receipt and invoice and that was done. Am still awaiting till today.
