POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FULL OF FRAUD
I am very mad with the bank for not protecting my cash in my account. It has now been a month and still no progress as if they just want this issue to slide and be buried. I still wonder how their security is, if people can hack into their system and steal money. I still have not been given any reference to also use to follow up. This bank is really failing its clients if our savings are not safe. How did they manage to take cash from my account without my knowledge

Capitec scams
Money was taken from my account without my knowledge. I immediately rushed to the branch as my application was not working, they told me to wait while they investigate. After 8 days they send me a text to report to the bank and they tell me people who took my money are from Luna and they cannot do anything about it because it's already converted to dollars. What bank allows to be hacked and still not refund. The bank is where my money should be safe but they allow unknown and unauthorized transactions to happen. I am really furious with capitec. Their customer care sucks and its so annoying to think my money will never be safe

Account hacked
I was robbed, my account was hacked, I was at work and when I saw an sms notification that the was a cash send, I immediately tried tried to check via application but my application was giving me an error message, it was not working. I left work and went straight to the bank and was told to wait 8 working days which I did. Today I am told I should open a case and submit a case number so they can have legal rights to check if that account still has the funds. Obviously it's already more than 8 days, why was the info not given to me in time. They could not refund me my money
