Bad food recieve and pathetic manager Shane Naidoo
I purchased a meal from Canecutters in Umhlanga for R450 today, and I must say it was a very disappointing experience. The food quality did not meet expectations at all—it tasted stale, lacked flavour, and was nowhere near what I anticipated for the price. The portions were small, and it felt like little attention was paid to presentation or taste. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns with the branch manager, Shane naidoo, I was met with a shocking lack of professionalism. Their attitude was dismissive and outright rude, showing no interest in addressing my complaint or even listening. While I was trying to explain my issue, the manager actually hung up on me. When I attempted to call back, they refused to answer, leaving me feeling completely brushed off and disrespected. For the cost, I expected far better quality and a much higher standard of customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this branch or recommending it to others. Absolutely disgusted

PATHETIC AGENT FROM TELKOM - CHUNA GORA
Spoke with Chuna Gora from the Billing department. Her managers name is Zanele. This agent has the worst attitude ever!!! She was screaming at me on the phone. What kind of agents does telkom hire??? This pathetic agent is behaving as if I, the customer, is at fault. I've been having issues with telkom from last Tuesday and to date my issue has not been resolved. When I spoke with agents from the technical department last week they stated that it was an issue on telkoms fault. This agent Chuna Gora needs to be fired for the way she spoke to me. If she spoke to me in that manner, how the hell is she speaking with other customers!!!!! It's pathetic. She or telkom does not even deserve 1 star!!!!!! I do not advise anyone to take any contracts with telkom. I WANT SOMEONE FROM MANAGEMENT TO CALL OR EMAIL ME IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!! dgovender947@gmail.com

Kadhija Khan was an amazing pet insurance consultant. She knew exactly what she was speaking about and she was super duper Friendly!!!! She showed so much of interest in my fur baby!!! Her service was exceptionally excellent ? she deserves to be rated 10/10 ?? I absolutely loved working with her and having her assist me with ensuring that my fur baby is covered 100%....
