Reported issues with ISPN coverage twice to MTN. No call back from them at all despite assurances that within 24 hours I will be assisted. Internet signal gets dropped between 30 and 65 times a day. Switched from RAIN to MTN as we were assured the MTN signal in Bryanston was strong and reliable. Really regretting joining MTN now.
Sam and David are a prime example of corruption and blatant theft when it comes to offering a service to repair my TV . 6 days after racing out of my house with the R1100 that I paid them to fix my TV (no invoice given)they like with other complainants, simply have every excuse under the sun for not coming back to sort out their mess and their phones are blocking my number. You give the small businessman a chance and he *****s you over. Karma will catch up with you guys. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
My wife paid her personal loan off 13 months ago. She gets phoned at least once a week to tell her that she has a zero balance...WHY????? Now suddenly she gets an SMS to say that she has an outstanding payment of R1605.01. We have been to a branch at Northgate without this joke being sorted. Do we need to take legal action against you ABSA. Affecting a persons credit record in error doesn't seem to bother you.Get your &*%$# together now !!!!!!
