Excellent service
I had my cellphone repaired by Platinum Repairs and the service was great ! There was a delay on the delivery of the parts however, the phone was repaired and delivered to me by a very well mannered young man named Reece! He was always very punctual!

Excellent service
I had my cellphone repaired by Platinum Repairs and the service was great ! There was a delay on the delivery of the parts however, the phone was repaired and delivered to me by a very well mannered young man named Reece! He was always very punctual!

Platinum Appliance Repairs *****s another client over without any remorse
Sam and David are a prime example of corruption and blatant theft when it comes to offering a service to repair my TV . 6 days after racing out of my house with the R1100 that I paid them to fix my TV (no invoice given)they like with other complainants, simply have every excuse under the sun for not coming back to sort out their mess and their phones are blocking my number. You give the small businessman a chance and he *****s you over. Karma will catch up with you guys. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

Melany at platinum repairs
I had my cellphone repaired with platinum repairs abd I am so pleased with them my phone is repaired I don't have any problems so I highly can recommend them to everybody especially the lady melany who guided me all the way my phone was with them they also arranged a courier to pick it up and send it back you are tops

Scammers
These are the biggest conmen of all time, and they don’t even deserve a single star at all, the only reason am giving them a one star rating is because this platform wouldn’t allow me to give a review without a star rating. I found their details online whilst searching for technicians for T.V Repair and called them They then said that they would come through and repair my T.V the next day They came to my premises the following day and repaired my T.V and charged R1750 which I paid them, and two days later the T.V screen went black with no picture at all. I then called, and was told that they would be coming back for a follow up to rectify the issue but no show, so I called and called them back and even left messages, but they totally ignored me Surely this is day light roberry and these are scammers and I wish there was some sort of ombudsman that one could report them to

This business had a website, I spoke to someone by the name of Sam who said that they would come and quote me the next day. Steve pitched up and quoted R1400.00 to repair the TV. E-walletted the sum into his account. The TV worked for one night! I phoned Steve who said he would come to repair it the next day, but didn't pitch up. Spoke to him a second time and he promised to come today 16 March, but again didn't appear. Now when I try the number I used yesterday it says the number does not exist. I have obviously been conned.

Utterly disappointed - Bunch of thieving crooks
These bunch of crooks don't even deserve a 1 star rating! After reading all these reviews, I wish that I had come on here first. Like all the others, I have fell victim to their evil ways... - Steve came in, accessed the TV, quoted us R1500. - Took the part, 'apparently' fixed it. - Brought it back, installed it. (On a Saturday) - It made a weird noise, he said that the noise will go away, but if it doesn't, that we should call him on the Monday. R1500 was transferred to his ewallet. - Of course the noise will still there on Monday and now the TV switches off by itself! - We tried calling him, either no answer or he was leaving our messages read and not responding. - He did eventually answer and kept giving us excuses, some days he was too busy and on other days, he had no transport. We even offered to fetch him and that too was futile as it never materialized. - 2 weeks later, I eventually got a response from Sam, I texted by grievances to him for Steve's poor service. - 2 minutes later, Steve calls (first time ever as I have always made the calls to him) - Steve was very aggressive and became defensive (I have all the call recordings) I hope that this post can prevent other innocent people from being scammed by these opportunists.
