I had my cellphone repaired by Platinum Repairs and the service was great ! There was a delay on the delivery of the parts however, the phone was repaired and delivered to me by a very well mannered young man named Reece! He was always very punctual!
I tried calling the City of Cape Town and was placed on hold for 35mins, only for the call to be dropped when I was 1st in the "queue"
We ordered a grilled hake and rice at Fishaways in Kenilworth Centre and we received hake and chips. This has happened before and all the staff says is "Sorry " They are inefficient and hopeless!!
I called Pathcare on Friday, 6th October to query a credit that my daughter had advised me of and spoke with Michelle Mhlontlo who told me that the credit could not be used for my test as my daughter had the credit. I then called the Accounts Department in Cape Town and spoke with a gentleman In the pricing department who told me that the test would cost R313.90 with the senior citizen discount. went to the branch in Rosmead Avenue and produced the credit (which was actually in my name) and was told by Ms Michelle Mhlontlo that the price for the test was R624.90. I did not want to argue so I paid the difference of the price she gave me less the credit. All Pathcare's calls are recorded and I would like an explanation for the discrepancy
I tried to get a duvet cover for my son's sec anniversary and when clicking on the collect tab it said that one can only order food to be collected! I phoned the branch and the gentleman confirmed that only food can be collected! Come into the 21st century please!
I went to Pick n Pay in Kenilworth Center today and asked the cashier for R300 cash back and on getting home I checked the till slip and saw that she had entered R310 cash back. I went back to the store and was told that the cashier was on lunch and a temporary worker. If this was done to 100 people today, imagine how much money this cashier was *****ing! I was told that I would receive a call regarding this matter -I am waiting with bated breath!
Food *****s Market in Access Park has been advertising Stork Margarine for the past 4 days at a special price, however they have not had stock since first advertising! I have been to the store since the first advert, spoken to a Supervisor called Portia and I have been calling every day. All they say that it hasn't arrived! Such bad advertising!
I once again have not had any feedback from FNB regarding the transfer of funds from my PayPal account to my FNB account! I eventually had my daughter do the transfer
I contacted the PayPal Division of First National Bank on the1st of March 2023 as I had a notification from the PayPal Services that I had received funds into my PayPal account. I tried calling FNB on the PayPal number which I tried speaking English to the lady who answered the call and after a total of 12 minutes she informed me that there were no funds in my PayPal account. I then decided to email them at Paypalenquiries@fnb.come.za. I then received the following reply from them. -------- Original message -------- From: Paypalenquiries@fnb.co.za Date: Wed, Mar 1, 2023, 11:33 AM Subject: RE: Transfer of funds from my PayPal account - [External Email] [REF:20230301_112708056] Good day This is an acknowledgement of your e-mail sent to FNB PayPal Services All e-mail requests will be attended to within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and public holidays where a delay in response can be expected. Alternatively, you can reach us on 0875729725 Regards FNB PayPal Services. I sent another email to them yesterday 2nd March 2023, to which I still have to receive a reply!
