DISAPPOINTED.
Hello I am highly disappointed in the quality of the ring I bought plus the level of customer service that I have received in your The Pavilion Shopping Centre branch. I purchased an engament ring on the 2nd of April 2022 and I have been wearing it but not when I am doing heavy duties at home. I brought it back to store and just collected it now no refund nothing at all they are saying it my fault since quality check has been done so I have to pay R180 to repair it. I do not want a repair since I do not want the ring at all. They can not explain when the 6 months warranty rule apply or how can they replace the ring. WORRIED.
I have been buying from Bluff Meat Supply especially their pre packed products like polony, ham and so forth. Never have I experienced discolor after I have taken the product out of its packaging. This is my first in 2021 and I launched a complaint for me to get a sincere apology but all I got was poor customer service telling me I should consume their product within 2 days after opening it. Why is the expiry date so far from the date purchased if we are still going to consume the product within 2 days. I am highly dissapointed and very worried about our health especially my 10 year old son and my elderly parents.
