Customer Service - Non-Existent
One of the better Technical Solutions on the market, with great User Portal and Facilities, however the Customer Service levels impact this to the point they warrant only a one-star rating. Extremely poor Customer Service to the point where telephones are not answered at all, emails are responded to (if so) with very poor updates and no progress. You can stay on the line for over 30min with no answers and being drowned in their marketing campaigns. Hence the Cancellation of a single vehicle from the account is absolutely impossible and needs to be raised with the consumers protection act (CPA). I have multiple vehicles on my account and probably easier to cancel the whole account versus a single vehicle that was sold. Answer the call centre!!!

No Communications - Suspect!
Well presented website with good pricing. However checkouts present a problem and struggle with shipping addresses. Absolutely no communications from LEC (https://www.lecenergy.co.za) website nor emails (accounts@lecenergy.co.za).

Outstanding Service and Delivery

Blake has provided an outstanding service with regards to defining the optimal solution, through to sourcing the correct products/items. Communications is constant and one is kept informed every step of the way. Issues or concerns are addressed and remediated immediately, wish says a lot when it comes to customer experience and satisfaction. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Blake and his team. The Solar-Shop team provide such a great service, you don’t want to stop shopping.

Reputable ecommerce experience
Made numerous purchases from Geewiz and always found them to have an excellent product range and acceptable pricing. Communications has been good, with prompt delivery and added value (assessments) with purchases, such as taking the time to add plug adapters (EU/SA), etc. where necessary. A trusted ecommerce site

Excellent Process & Products
Really impressed with the online purchase process and products available. Absolutely no issues from the search, to purchase and delivery. Well updated throughout the process. The RS Pro product received is of excellent quality. As a regular online purchaser, this is one of my favourite now. Well done RS!!
