Unsatisfactory service received from them yesterday. They called to say to say they are coming to deliver today I get a notification that I was not reachable

Poor service from direct axis

I had a loan with direct axis which was paid up in July. Now in August a debit order went through not sure for what. I have writing emails about this but no one responded to them. I need a letter to show that I have paid up the loan, debit order refunded and stopped asap
