Ordered a parcel to be delivered today 17/11/2021. Received notification that parcel was delivered but yet No Parcel has been delivered. When contacting Dawn Wing offices they refused to assist or provide the drivers contact details so as to ascertain where the parcel was delivered. Phoned Dawn Wing on a number of occasions and when telling them about the problem the phone was simply put down. Terrible, Terrible Service from Dawn Wing.
I ordered 2 x Products from Chris at Spytek in Sandton (I am Based in CAPE TOWN) on the 30th July. When I received the units one of the items was wrong and not what I ordered and the other didn't have a charger cable for it. After enquiring and giving me all sorts of excuses and trying to shift the blame saying that is what I had ordered and after I pointed out the email that I sent him with my order, Chris finally admitted that the error was on his side for booking out the wrong item. As for the charger cable it took him a further two full days before they decided that the charger cable had not been sent. I then ordered another item to be sent with the charger cable. Once I received the charger cable for the item that I had received previously, I tried to charge it but lo and behold it was not working (makes me wonder if they didn't just send me an item that was brought back by a previous customer who had complained about the unit & that is also why there was no charger cable in the unit!!!). After another two days of back and forth and shifting the blame to me again about this product not working and then telling me that I must courier it back to them so that the technicians can repair it!!!!!! WHAT ?????? REPAIR!!!!! WOW!!!! These guys are insane. This is a brand new product which has never worked or been used and now it must go back so that it can be repaired?????? When I ask for the unit to be replaced they give me some BS about company policy. Just Ridiculous. Bad service received from Spytek. It's been two weeks and I have not heard back from them about how this will be sorted out, never buy from them, this is absolutely terrible and shocking service. When I phone in and ask to speak to their manager I get told to phone Gerhard in Centurion, when I phone Centurion I am told to phone Sandton and so they keep giving me the run around........................... TO BE CONTINUED................
