I am so disappointed in my purchase and in the staff at Drakenstein Malls Out of the Blue shop. I saw a jacket and tried it on, and the lovely sales lady made a big fuss about how nice the jacket looked. This cost R1495. I uhhmed and ahhed because of the price, then agreed and bought the jacket. The cashier rang it up, put the slip in the bag, and I left. When I got home, the fit wasn't great and I went back for a refund. Not allowed. I would like to encourage the following to the cashier: Do the right thing, and tell the customer that no refunds are allowed before ringing up the item, especially if there isn't another item that I want. Consider the fact that a significant chunk of someone's salary may be going into this single purchase, and buying these costly items are mostly a once off annual event (in an already tough economy). And lastly, don't laugh at the customer when they leave the shop because of a complaint. I wanted to cry in that shop. I'm sad about my replacement item that i had no choice but to get. I'm disgusted by the cashiers attitude. I'm really disappointed in the companys policy! I can tell you now, that I will never shop there again!
This is BY FAR the worst service. 1. Zero customer service 2. No way to reach a human 3. Unallocated funds 4. Useless BOT 5. Customer WhatsApp gives incorrect details for support. Seriously shocking service! International Suppliers take note!! Your goods are not safe with this company and your bad reviews regarding delivery is due to BUFFALO INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS
