I recently purchased Pampers Aloe Anti-Rash Shield nappies, size 4, from Clicks. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the quality of this pack. Almost half of the nappies could not hold properly it seems like the adhesive/glue was insufficient, causing the nappies to come apart and not hold as they should. I have used Pampers before without any issues, but this particular pack has given me a very unpleasant experience.
I have been with Cell c for more than 12 years now and i had a contract for data which they have been deducting R121 from my bank account which expired last month July. A lady called me two months back to upgrade and i turn down the upgrade. and notifying her that i would like to cancel the contract. today i receive an sms from cellc reminding me that my bill of R 345.99 is due month end for what servcie i dont know and in this econmy from 121 to 350 is crazy. i called in the customer service asked security questions passed and the gentleman told me the contract was not cancelled from their system and i have to call cancellation department i did got through a lady asked same security questions which i have answered and she said i have failed the security question and she cannot help. Am so frustrated with Cell c as this is not the first time especially if you need go through the cancellation department, i understand they need to retained customers but not like this. i need that contract to be cancelled cause i didn't upgrade to whatsoever services that i was not even told what's that for. coz really 349. is like a cell phone contract not even data. Cell C deducts from my bank account every month and i gave them the cell phone number the amount the use to deduct and my names , id and adress what more do they need from me.
Rain double deductions on my account and their support can't assist forever unavailable
Is been 4 days now since they say they will call me to sort out the mess they have made on my Sim cards and am still waiting. I think you are only important to them only when they debit your account
Can cell c call me nd sort out the issue I lodged complain about 3 months back.
I have been with Cell C for over 10 years now and my initial number has been, but recently I cannot recharge my number and when I call in they say it's a data only numbet🤔. To my Suprise am still receiving calls, sms but can't make calls and the issue started July, the number was fine all 9 years and 5 months. Can cellC solve this matter urgently and I know I hv a number that is due for upgrade this October and with the recent poor service I hv received, I think I have to part ways with this family I have been having for almost 10 years
There are funny transactions on my credit card statement, with really funny reference, which I hv never authorized and I hae done those kind of transactions from credit card ever.
Not taking their clients serious, I have submitted a claim at the beginning of March even today no one said anything. I have been calling and forever on hold. Poor service delivery.
I have been calling CellC since morning 9 o'clock to assist with my ZTE router, everytime I call I get to do the security questions which is fine but get to be transffered to incorrect department, like I hv been transferred to about 4 departments and they cutoff the call cause is not the department. And I hv to go through the security check and still not getting help. And all I need is a simple password reset cause I tried it but not working. Am so not happy with Cell C and their incompetent Call centre Agents. And maybe is high time we part ways after 15 years.
I have an access facilities with capitec and pay via debit order. On the 25th November capitec debited my account but never allocated the funds debited to my access Acc and I kept on receiving msg that my account is on arrears. I called them and the told me that from their side it shows that the money was collected but the is a system error. Today the 1st December they have charged interest on my account as in the account was not paid. I called them again and bn told system error. When I tried to explain that if system error why are they charging me interest as in the account was not paid no answer and I was put through management complain line were I holded for 30 min with no answer. Why if is their system error y am I bn charged interest for unpaid account? And this is messing with my credit scoring. And is like to them is a game
