What a bad experience I received at Boxer Store, Pietermaritz Street. The cashier had the most annoying attitude, The prices were higher and they didn't even apologize but they gave me an attitude and they were so rude. I am typing thing. I am very angry... They return my grocery without an explanation. I need this matter to be escalated, if its not rotten food, its their attitude
Dear Capitec Team, I'm writing on behalf of Olebogeng Ditlhoriso Cypril to report two urgent issues with my account. Today, I received a notification from Atlas that R3200 was deducted from my account, despite having already made a payment to them yesterday. I've tried to contact Atlas, but they claim it's non-reversible. I kindly request your assistance in reversing this duplicate transaction. Furthermore, I've noticed another unauthorized debit of approximately R600 from an unknown location. This is not the first time I've experienced this issue. Last week, I visited a Capitec branch to replace my card due to similar unauthorized transactions, but the problem persists. I kindly request your immediate attention to: 1. Reverse the R3200 duplicate transaction with Atlas. 2. Investigate and refund the unauthorized R600 debit.
I just received a bad service from Tshepo and Mpho on Vodacom Customer Service number. They were so rude and ended up not even assisting me. Teach your staff to listen.
