Extremely poor customer service -rather go instore. If you order online you get an email confirmation and then nothing - day after day...2 weeks go by. No message about a delayed delivery or that they they are closed. You have to keep calling in to get told the same thing "it was invoiced and will be dispatched soon" The staff that answer the phone just repeat the same day after day and cannot give you any real answers.
Placed an order - some items was not in stock i had to place a separate order for those. package arrives with missing books. I contact their online assistant only to have cut and paste messages as a response. Weeks go by and i try 1 times to call the number until someone finally answers. i keep getting told - we can only allow 1 free back order since there is still 1 book not instock yet you have to pay another delivery fee. So thats 3 times a delivery fee. the guy also tells me i wont get this book anywhere else. when i tell him its a **** he repeats his rehe****d policy over and over while i am talking to the point that i am now shouting to get my point across - and then he goes again repeating his rehe****d policy and mixes up his words. I completely lost it - i might as well called an automated robot. The problem is - if you say 7 days delivery and accept the money from my credit card and now its been 1 month and you're telling me that you had guarantees but were let down you decide to ******* the customer with a policy line like "oh we can deliver the 2 we have in stock and refund you the one that isnt or charge you another delivery fee when it arrives!
