Purchased a carry on bag with a 10 year warranty . Cellini charged R500 for the handle replacement as we didn’t have the original receipt . This particular Bag model was launched 4 years ago . Surely this should have been considered .

I bought a luggage bag from Cellini on 30 March 2026 via PayFlex. I havent received the bag. I wrote an email to Cellini with no response. on 14 April, I wrote to PayFlex to complain about Cellini and that I did not receive my parcel. They promised to contact me, but no one called. on 28 April, they closed the case without contacting me. I lodge the complaint again. Today, 02/05/2026, they closed the case again without contacting me. It seems like Cellini ****med me while receiving my monthly installment. I am disappointed in both Celline and PayFlex. I bought a luggage bag from Cellini on 30 March 2026 via PayFlex. I havent received the bag. I bought a Cellini leather handbag which fell apart within a month of purchase. The stitching and the Zip came out. I purchase the handbag at Cellini Centurion. I returned my damage bag at Cellini Centurion early January and till to date I have not received any feedback from Cellini. I went to Cellini Centurion store couple of times( 4 times)to check what is going on. I was told yesterday 12/03/2026 again and again that no feedback has been received from Cellini head office. Cellini head office may I please have my money back since you are refusing with your bag. It has been two months now since Cellini head office 's been holding my bag. Your service and quality of your products its appalling. Your returns are more than your monthly sales. The day I returned my handbag someone was complaining about the exact same thing and the store keeper said it was an isolated incident of which now I see it's your way of business. To everyone thinking of buying a Cellini, please save your money and never ever buy any Cellini goods, you are wasting your money. Once is damages they will take your bag and never reimburse you. Rather pay that extra R1000 or so for quality product. Extremely disappointed with Cellini. Regards,

I placed an online order for my daughter's laptop backpack at Cellini luggage .co.za. The payment of R899 was made on 04/01/26 through Payflex. Now I cannot login to Payflex to see proof of payment. The payment was deducted from my account. I emailed Cellini with no response. I also went to the bank to get proof of payment to follow up, but because it was made through Payflex they cannot give me one. I received no confirmation of my order at all.

I ordered on the 1st although I was skeptical after seeing the reviews, their website did say they will only start attending to the order on the 5th , on the 5th I called them they told me my order will be attended to this week. I received the order on the 8th in good condition and good quality

Extremely poor customer service -rather go instore. If you order online you get an email confirmation and then nothing - day after day...2 weeks go by. No message about a delayed delivery or that they they are closed. You have to keep calling in to get told the same thing "it was invoiced and will be dispatched soon" The staff that answer the phone just repeat the same day after day and cannot give you any real answers.

Worse experience ever. Placed an order online on the 20th of Dec. Didn’t receive any communications regarding delivery. Emails go unanswered and they never get back to you when you call. If you can , never buy online , rather go to the store. Their customer service is by far the worse I have ever come across. For your peace of mind…don’t buy online. I am still waiting for tracking link or some sort of follow but still nothing. Horrible service. They deserve worse than a 1 start. Never gonna use their services again
