I bought a luggage bag from Cellini on 30 March 2026 via PayFlex. I havent received the bag. I wrote an email to Cellini with no response. on 14 April, I wrote to PayFlex to complain about Cellini and that I did not receive my parcel. They promised to contact me, but no one called. on 28 April, they closed the case without contacting me. I lodge the complaint again. Today, 02/05/2026, they closed the case again without contacting me. It seems like Cellini ****med me while receiving my monthly installment. I am disappointed in both Celline and PayFlex. iWyze is a very reliable insurance and the service I always get is the best. Unfortunately, I had to leave the insurance since it doesnt cover car pool insurance but I am happy and will definitely come back.
