I waited in line for 30 min only to have a Rude Sars agent by the Name of MMAMOTHIBI drop the call in my ear because I didnt phrase ‘wait’ to her liking. My REF: 538355429 Call was made today -16 Jan 2026- between 15:30-15:41. She dropped the call in my ear. I Called back ref:564267107 only to get Voice prompt that said line has been cut for the day. Mmamothibi drops the phone in my ear when I asked her to ‘wait’ while I look up the Dates she was asking for when my Deregistration request was made. According to her I didn’t phrase “wait” to her Liking , so Clearly that’s reason enough to drop the call in a Clients ear ? She made no attempt to Resolve My Tax issue because of this. 30 minutes of Airtime wasted, only to still sit with an unresolved TAX issue all because of a RUDE & unprofessional Agent dropping the phone in my ear. Is this the Service SARS Trains its staff to give to civilians ?

Capitec is literally the only bank that I know that agrees to pause your payment, only to go right back into your account and debit everything they said they wouldn’t, What a disgusting bank this is
I spoke to a Thabang Magazi 2 weeks ago to make arrangements on my repayments that he didn't action. He told me straight he wont action my request. The amount of arrogance& disrespect this person showed me says alot about the Capitec. He’s clearly too good to assist a Client Now Im being Prejudiced because of his ****y attitude. What a Disgusting Unprofessional piece of Flesh
I am yet to meet such an unprofessional human being as Barbara. Is this how an Account Executive for Employer Group Services is supposed to treat clients? Her conduct borders gross negligence because I would have incurred such a huge financial burden had I not double checked before going in for my operation that she did indeed move me to Momentum medical aid as per our signed agreement. She has been avoiding my calls, emails for a full nine months. No correspondence from her, no replies nothing! and no responsibility taken for her careless conduct. It actually makes me sick to my stomach to think how nonchalant she has been. I could not get the surgery and medical assistance I needed because of her failure to move me into the plan that I signed up for last year already. Momentum medical aid, you honestly can do way better.
What will it take for a paying client to get feedback on a case whose docs were sent Month ago already? I spoke to Botomi in Sept & a Mr Mguni a week ago, asked him to call me at 16H30 as I was between patients when he called. To this day- a week later- he still hasn't bothered.

I went in for Eye exam at Centurion mall Specsavers. I was Told will be notified when my contact lense order has arrived. Im notified via sms to come collect my contact lense order. I get there to collect my order (during my work lunch hour mind you) only to be sent back & told to Cant just come collect, I have to make an appointment to come Collect… I set appointment same day for 2:30. I Get there at 2:30 during my Lunch hour.. the same lady that sent me back tells me to just sit .. I sit for 15 min with no one attending to me - I was just Left to stew - with no feedback as to why Im not being attended to 15 min after my scheduled appointment was meant to start. Is that the Service you give to clients? Is that the Service you'd like to be given? Mind you I have been a loyal client since 1994.. this is just plain disgusting service.
The Front of House was Friendly. However, waiting over HALF an Hour for Chipotle Livers only for them to be so, so SALTY that I couldn't even finish them was a complete Let down & waste of money.
Im guessing Pnp Liquors Jean Crossing had no one better to appoint than Teresa Nkwana. Either that or Im Guessing she thinks she’s too good to help a client that requests her help. 11 July -I ask her if it’s ok to take out Single Cans from a pack of 6 because there weren't loose singles in the fridge. She gives permission for me to tear the bundle & take the cans I needed. I didn't have a sharp object to tear the Plastic cover of a 6pack to take out those singles. So I ask her to please help me take out those singles from that bundle, she tells me she can’t. What must happen now ? Is it not your job as an Employee to help clients? It’s either she’s not aware what her job description is or she feels she’s too good to assist clients. Either way is that the type of service you feel Customers deserve?
