I bought a Cellini leather handbag which fell apart within a month of purchase. The stitching and the Zip came out. I purchase the handbag at Cellini Centurion. I returned my damage bag at Cellini Centurion early January and till to date I have not received any feedback from Cellini. I went to Cellini Centurion store couple of times( 4 times)to check what is going on. I was told yesterday 12/03/2026 again and again that no feedback has been received from Cellini head office. Cellini head office may I please have my money back since you are refusing with your bag. It has been two months now since Cellini head office 's been holding my bag. Your service and quality of your products its appalling. Your returns are more than your monthly sales. The day I returned my handbag someone was complaining about the exact same thing and the store keeper said it was an isolated incident of which now I see it's your way of business. To everyone thinking of buying a Cellini, please save your money and never ever buy any Cellini goods, you are wasting your money. Once is damages they will take your bag and never reimburse you. Rather pay that extra R1000 or so for quality product. Extremely disappointed with Cellini. Regards,
I made an online purchase to Makro on 05/03/25, the items were available in store (Wonderboom).A few minutes after finalising the purchase some items were cancelled and a full refund was not granted.On 06/03/25 Makro was supposed to deliver but no one called and no one came to my place to deliver.I don’t have a missed call from the delivery team. Today (07/03/25) I called Makro call centre where I was assisted by someone with horrible listening skills and quite unprofessional.I called at 14:15 the line was cut but the agent called me back.Firstly,Makro please listen to the call and take your agent on a listening skills short course .Secondly, Makro ‘s online store is a disaster, this is not first experience with cancellation or lack of delivery.So to everyone when you make an online purchase with Makro, just be aware that there is no guarantee that your order will be delivered or you will receive full refund on cancellation.
I have a funeral cover and life insurance with Holland insurance for over 16 years since June 2008 and I have never skipped any payment.In 2018 and 2023 I requested policy documents from Hollard Insurance and till to date I haven’t received them.Hollard insurance said they are unable to find my policies yet the debit still runs since 2008.On 03 January 2025 I requested my policy documents from Hollard Insurance and I was told again that Hollard Insurance is unable to find my policies yet the debit order is still active.Hollard Insurance requested me to send proof of debit order of which I did immediately after Hollard Insurance took 6 days with no reply.I send proof of payment on 15/01/2025.Till to date I have not received any response only an automated response that my request has been forwarded to the relevant department.Imagine if my family needed to lodge a claim is this the kind of treatment they will receive? To everyone on Hollard insurance please review your policies and make an informed decision before you and your family find yourselves in an uncomfortable situation. Hollard insurance since you are unable to locate my policies that O have been paying for 16 years,may I please have my refund since inception because it clearly shows I was not covered.How do you cover someone that you cannot locate their policy?
Letlhogonolo and I requested a call back from Discovery Health towards the end of August, Discovery called Letlhogonolo back and there were documents that were requested that we send back .Discovery was quite about activation until the 11/09/24.On the 11/09/2 Discovery said the medical aid was active. Letlhogonolo and I were shocked to see since the month was almost half. Someone from discovery called Letlhogonolo to ask if they can go ahead with the debit, Letlhogonolo notified Discovery she was not happy about how things were handled and she needed a pro rata as the months is already gone by. The Discovery representative said they will call back to arrange the appropriate debit date. A different Discovery representative called on Tuesday (19/11/24) about onboarding while Letlhogonolo was still waiting for debit order date confirmation. How can a medical aid be active on the 1st of November while other documents were still being requested? On 3 November Letlhogonolo received feedback that they will get back to her, so how is she a member from the 1st while confirmation was on the 11/11/24. We are not happy with Discovery at all. Discovery is taking advantage of ordinary people because they are a big organization. How do you send someone activation certificate on 11/11/24 and expect them to pay for the whole moth while they were not covered? Discovery Health you are such a disappointment!!!!
I received an appalling service from Bankmed when I logged a claim.I went to the Dr and paid cash and claimed it back.Bankmed did not communicate anything for more than two weeks until I followed up with them.Bankmed responded by say something is hidden I should send again.I did send what was requested.Bankmed decided to pay the claim to the specialist without communicating with me even though I send them proof of payment.I don’t understand why Bankmed did that because the last claim was paid directly to my account. Bankmed did not pay the full amount and the excuse was my funds were depleted.I went to my profile to check and I have ample funds as I always curry over annually since 2019. Bankmed your service is appalling to the extent that I will tell my employer about this appalling service and send them this link with all this reviews so that the they can look at other medical aids since the season to change medical options is upon us. So disappointed
CTM online store called me to finalize an online store purchase for tiles that I had on my card.I finalised the order as requested, to my surprise as I was done paying CTM online store called me to tell me that they do not have tiles in my selected store.I asked them why did you then say I should finalise the order while you knew there were no tiles in my selected store?I fill that CTM online store scammed as they made me to purchase something they knew they don’t have.CTM online is not even offering to refund me because they cannot honour my order.I have been calling them since Tuesday and they keep on saying they will call back and they never do.
I have a voucher that I’m unable to redeem online and at the store. The store has called the Woolworths head office for assistance the whole of last week from 25 November 2021 until to date and no one picks up or if Woolworths Head Office picks up ,Woolworths Head Office puts the sales lady from Woolworths branch on hold forever then Woolworths Head Office drops the call.
I’m very disappointed with DSTV employee and DSTV.I was on the phone with Thabiso for 30 minutes this morning 12/08/2021 who could not resolve my issue.DSTV put me on hold and dropped my call .I called DSTV back and spoke to Zakhele who kept me on the line for 1:40 minutes and while HE couldn’t solve my issue he put me on hold for more than 30minutes then later dropped my call.DSTV did not bother to call me back after spending so much money and time on the calls.DSTV live chat and WhatsApp could not resolve my issues as well they referred me to voice calls.I called again this after and the above repeated itself.I was again on the line from 4pm until 6 and still the issue is not resolved.DSTV is unable to add a decoder and to link 2 decorders to extra view.What kind of skill set and hiring matrix does DSTV Multichoice use to hire? I have never came across such incompetent people.DSTV took my money now they are not offering the services they promised.I don’t have services that I paid for.
I called FNB Insure on 14 and 15 October 2020 and I could not get through.I also send an email on the 15th and also on the 20th October for legal assistance.FNB insurance has not reverted back to me until today yet they are taking the money every month.I don't understand why FNB Insure is taking my money because clearly FNB Insure is not covering me and FNB Insure is not offering the services they promised.FNB Insure please refund me all the money you took because you did not cover me in any how.Be careful of this FNB Insure I requested a small thing and FNB Insure could not cover me imagine in an urgent matter.
I ordered pizza on UberEats on 05/03/2021 and UberEats never delivered my Pizza.I immediately called UberEats and logged the incident on UberEats app.UberEats replied with a message that they will refund me my money in 3 business days.Till to date UberEats has not refunded me my money.I contacted UberEats on 12/03/2021 and UberEats said they are following up.Till to date UberEats has not refunded me my money and UberEats has not communicated anything .Be careful about using UberEats, use alternative services or rather drive there because there is a high change you will drive there anyway(that is if you still have extra money to spend) without getting your money back.
