Disappointed
After being a loyal and ON TIME paying client for well over 20 years, vodacom is declining me my "upgrade" and where i will be paying MORE to them? Also, they call and text advising im due for my upgrade, only to be declined?! Its appalling and rather disappointing

Vodapay app is highly advertised I used it to purchase 2 data transactions, both were debited off my card and no data given I called vodacom 4 times in 1 week with NO success in getting a reference for my call or even a refund notification 1 agent says 3 days 1 says 5 and 1 says 14 days They are not even trained to give the same information this is my 3rd mishap and disappointment with vodacom thus far in 2021 SUPER DISAPPOINTED

Appalling service. None of the call centre agents know what they doing I migrated from 1 plan to another. The agent i spoke to in May promised me airtime and giggs and a reduced fee per month. I was happy and did the migration in June June came, not what I was promised and neither in July. I sent a mail to Vodacom, they acknowledged the error and gave me the 5 GB i was promised. end of June i used the vodabucks i had to top up data. My card was debited and my VB taken and no data came thru. I mailed vodacom 3 times since and NO refund or Giggs were reimbursed. Last night i called customer care to enquire what I am entitled to and the agent says airtime only. This morning an agent tells me only 2 GB data when i was promised 5. Conflicting information. 3 people 1 service provider and 1 number. Absolutely Appalling. She promised me this morning id get my 5GB as promised and i am Still waiting After 20 years of being a LOYAL customer, this is the treatment we get Disgusted and Disappointed
