I had a very disappointing experience at Neovision Optometrist in Rembrandt Mall, Paarl. When I arrived, I was informed that the optometrist is still attending to another patient. Shortly thereafter, another lady arrived after me but left the practice briefly. I was then asked to take a seat while the optometrist still attending / doing an eye test with the patient who was inside. After the eye test, the optometrist came out with that patient to assist with choosing glasses. The lady who had arrived after me then returned and sat next to me. To my surprise, the optometrist proceeded to attend to this lady instead of me, even though I had arrived first. Although I had been waiting for approximately 30 minutes, after she (optometrist) assisted the other client who came after me, she collected her belongings and appeared ready to leave the practice. When I raised my concern with the reception desk and indicated that I had not been assisted, the optometrist responded by stating, “I’m on lunch ma'am.” I further explained that I had been waiting longer than the client who was assisted. I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I received after waiting for such a long time. Customers should be treated equally and with respect. If my time and service needs are not valued, I would rather take my service elsewhere.

It has been more than six months waiting for MONDO to cancel this damn contract. The only thing that you are good with is promises and no actions. All I'm asking of MONDO is to cancel this contract that is messing with my credit record. I'm glad that I filed a complaint to the National Consumer Commission and that MONDO needs to be blacklisted because they are scammers. I'm only giving you till end of January 2022 for this to be finalized. Bad service and scammers to innocent people.

I am so sick and tired of MONDO. I sent emails several times for cancelation of a contract I was offered on 15 June 2021. It's been 5 months with this problem and the only thing they are good at is empty promises. I received an email and sms on 9 November 2021 stating that they escalated the matter to MTN for urgent cancellation. How long do I have to wait for this nonsense and this contract is still active on my name😡😡😡😡
Crooks!!!!!!! It's been three months trying to cancel a contract I was offered by one of Mondo Consultant's. I took the contract on 15 June 2021 and then cancelled it on 17 June 2021 after I received a wrong offer. So I took back everything (router and sim) to the MTN branch as I was instructed by Mellisa Govender and she promised to contact me once the process of cancellation is approved. I sent an email on 14 July 2021 enquiring about the contract I was offered by this disgusting company and none of them bothered to contact me. Every time when I contact Mondo they keep on promising to cancel this contract under my name but no action since June. MTN sent me an sms that they will suspend my contract and report me to the Credit Bureau because of this account of Mondo. I have a good credit record and now this company is trying to mess up my name. On the 8th of September 2021, Lezain Williams also promised to finalize this matter till today and I tried to call Mondo again last week on Wednesday, 22 September 2021 and I got hold of him. He asked me to hold for more than 20 min and nothing happened. I urgently need help because this account is still active under my name.
