I've been trying to get Internet Services activated for the passed two weeks. There seems to be no sense of urgency here at all. Between Vuma and Home-Connect I don't know whose worse. Do you people not have an escalation channel with the FNO's you work with? Truly pathetic.
A simple ONT installation is dragged out with no form of communication. There is already fibre at the premises just no device on site for activation. I've tried calling Vuma everyday for the passed 10 days regarding the install, a person can't get through and this morning after miraculously getting through to an agent, I was on the line for 37 minutes to just have the agent hang up in my ear. WHAT THE **** IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?
Standard Bank advises you on the phone to come to the branch. Being there yesterday and today for hours on end, mind you leave is being taken in order to sit all day in the bank for nothing, you get to the branch and they not able to help either. Standard bank rather passes you on from one place to the next with none of the employees seeming to know their jobs to be able to assist you. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
I would like to give a big big thank you to Gladness (Sorry if the spelling is incorrect) from the Support team I would assume. She has such amazing customer service, I needed just a simple thing done earlier today however, our friend loadshedding made the entire request so tedious but she remained calm with my signal interrupting the call, didn't hang up and called me back, twice! 🫡👏👏
I have requested continuously for my Capitec loan debit order to go off on the 26th and every month they fail to do so.
On 15 August 2020, the president announced fitness centres and gyms are permitted to re-open under at the time was level 2 lockdown. Since March 2020 up until August 2020 I have paid gym fees, I have paid for a service that was not rendered to me. I have asked for those funds to be used during the duration of my contract, I was told that I will get 5 months free after my contract which I do not want. I was denied using the funds paid this year when I was in a financial dip and now I get a call and they have the nerve to tell me to come to the gym with bank statements so that I can request for the 5 months to be taken off now. And who is going to pay the bank for these statements? I have called, emailed, complained on Twitter and I get told one kak story after another. I am truly disgusted at the level of service this gym gives clients. To begin with I went to this gym asking for a 6 month contract, the staff confirmed with me that yes I can get a contract for only 6 months and that was my biggest regret. My husband and I are now stuck in a 36 month contract each. This place has been an issue for us since the beginning.
Gym Company has debited gym fee's month to month during hard lockdown when gyms were closed. I have been asking all year for the funds from hard lockdown to be used now while I am still a member as I am do not want those months for free after my contract. After being denied and denied now they want me to come to the gym with statements so that I can request for those payments to be used. FOR WHAT?! You can see I have paid those months, why should I go an pay for old bank statements?! I want nothing to do with this place. Your staff is not even polite when you speak to them. Sies.
If I could give no stars, it would actually be better suiting. I am so baffled the service from this place. I went to Gym Company Flora Centre asking for a 6 month gym contract as I am not looking to become fit nor lose a lot of weight however I did not want to gain any weight as I had my wedding coming up. The lady explained 6 months contracts can be arranged but I would still pay a normal monthly charge. Just to come find that instead of 6 months I am now on a 36 month contract. Gym Company has even been deducting monthly fees even when we were on lockdown where Gym's were closed. I hate hate this place. I am very disappointed and annoyed.
