Worst service ever I received
Hello Peter I'm Wikus Muller I've been struggling since the 1ste of April with wootware company. I've paid R20871 for my new computer. On they website its showing they had stock of everything. But after payment they said they waiting for cooler liquid. Ok so I've waited. They told me 1 DDR5 32gig won't let a computer run as it should so they recommended 2x 16gig ram. I then said ok it's fine. But the Thursday I've ask them if they can't keep my first order about 32gig which is 1 ram slot. They said don't have stock but 2x 16gig should they continue by the 2x 16gig? I reply to them early Friday to say yes it's fine. THEY ONLY OPEN THE EMAIL LATE AFTERNOON! And told me sorry they had many orders out but waited for my respond. I said but I've reply to you on your website early the morning it's fine. I also told them that Monday I'll be on goudini so won't be at home after 12pm. They reply to me 12pm oh is there anyone home right now? (Which were 12pm) I were like Uhm.... I said I won't be home! Then Ive phone my sister by asking her if she will be home. Ok so the next day my PC came after waiting for 2week (if not longer) that Tuesday... We came back that Thursday from goudini and puzzle all the parts out and wires. Yes by mistake we damage the motherboard CPU fit... We drove back to wootware unknowing the problem cause computer doesn't want to turn on. As we arrive at wootware the people said we will deliver the computer with your casing for free. After we waited they showed the damage of motherboard and said they will try very hard to work on those pins but they recommended it's going to be 50/50... USB might not work or some other parts or maybe everything will work. But a new motherboard will be recommended... So I've paid R6017 straight payment last Friday by getting computer for that day. Today is Monday 8th of May 2023. Worst case of all they don't even got landline and only email. The person who so suppose to be in charge of email reply only LATE in the afternoon. Do you understand my frustration

Crash into my Honda
Hi HelloPieter I have parked my Honda Civic On the 06/07/2021 at 13:29 in a normal parking lot in front of the car shop by China Town Sable Square. I got out of the car and were sitting next to my car in the Wheelchair. Guy drove a Truck backwards and has scratch my Honda Civic 2008 rear bumper. As he got closer and closer I then start to shout to get his attention. People in the shop has came out to see the scratch and the Driver took off without getting out. The Person who got out of the shop his working at China Town. He told me but it's one of they drivers who bump into my car and he will be back. I then waited for the driver... He finally came back and park the Truck at the same spot. I have waited long enough and now I am going to leave this in Hellopeter hands please. The best part is that the Driver told me his learning how to drive the truck.
