Bad service.
I bought 2 xR200 Disc hem vouchers on their app on the 21 September , it went off my banking but I Didn't receive my vouchers nor the free airtime that was to come with the vouchers. I call them a few times then they told me someone will contact me with the voucher no's ,waiting nothing happed I call again, now I had to send them my banking statements for them to see if it went off . now remember this is now my time spending to get copy's of my banking statement to email it to them. When their site is not working properly. Then I had to call them again and again , eventually on the 12 October they told me they will refund me my R400.00 and it will take 5-10 working days to get back in my account. Very disappointing! they sit with my money for a month and I Didn't even got my free airtime that was promise to composite for my time ."And all I want was my 2 x R 200.00 Dis chem vouchers and the airtime. And all they can say is sorry !!! Just try and buy them again!! And Im with them for many years and this is how we get treated . Shame on you!
