I have settled my account with mtn and would like to cancel my contract. I have tried canceling via call and I am not getting any assistance with this and as I have mentioned I want cancel but am not getting any assistance from your consultants. They keep sending me from one department to another and no solution.
This place is not the place for anyone to take their car for repairs. They have had my vehicle for 3 weeks and no work has been done on it and no updates on progress. They simply failed to repair a fender and paint it for 3 weeks now.
I have been communicating with them about my network coverage and they have not done anything about it. It has been 2 weeks and no action
When one wants to make a claim, they direct you to make a claim on their app which doesn't even work. It gets harder to contact them because they do not have the contact numbers anywhere on the web just WhatsApp which is useless.
I was at MTN The Grove in Pretoria and their customer service it utter nonsense. I spent over an hour thirty minutes there just for rubbish and they still haven't sorted out my issue.
Mtn data coverage helpline is useless. They claim to be always fixing towers all the time. I have had some internet coverage issues for 2 days and still no solution
I have contacted them about a unit replacement, they have given me a ref number but no action has been made from their side. The appointment was set to be on the 26th of October and I am waiting till today
Not reliable at all, when one calls them for enquiries their phones ring and there is no answer. I have been calling them for a week and still no assistance.
