Saya dishonesty on the services
Good day i have an issue with mtn and saya recoveries i have paid all the money that i was told that i own .now the have add another money after 10 months i have paid the account and they dont say its for what , when i called the contact centre the hang up phone , MTN service is worse the 1000 is not apprearing on my creadit report is it was no longer there , I need my issue to be resilved as i have statement from so called Saya recoveries with 00 and now they making up stories and its affecting my score , i need help because this was not my issue not to disclose the total amount to me . i was advise by Gugu that i dont own anything to my suprise yesterday i was denied the payup letter. i was never called all this month that i still have a outstanding
