Ordered on Temu in April 2024 and Buffalo Logistics are the couriers. They marked that my parcel was delivered on the 10 May 2024. They delivered the parcel to the incorrect address. I have to continuously call the call Centre to follow up on when I can expect to receive my parcel or get a refund. Their service is terrible, nobody returns my calls, they continuously escalate an escalation, give me numerous excuses and report this to their team leaders but nobody actually can assist me. after 2 months, they can't locate my parcel. They eventually declared the parcel lost on the 02/07/2024 but I keep calling the call center to have the lost letter emailed to me. When contacting Temu they won't refund me as Buffalo's system says the parcel has been delivered. I must have called Buffalo logistics over 50 times since the 12 May 2024, and I cannot seem to get my refund for the parcel or my customs tax from Buffalo logistics. I have never experienced such useless service and absolutely nobody cares. All I want is my refunds. I am still waiting for someone competent to arrange my refunds.

It's been nearly 2 months, and they can't locate my parcel. I would never recommend this courier company; they don't even have a Centre to go to and query with a person on how I can locate my parcel or get a refund. My opinion would be don't buy on Temu or Shein and you won't have to go through this horrific experience.
Ordered from Temu and parcel was noted as delivered on the 10th of May 2024. My parcel wasnt delivered to me. After calling Baffalo couriers call centre daily for a week, their escalations and investigation to my parcel"s whereabouts is ongoing. Nobody can tell me where the parcel was delivered, whether there was a signed way bill or whether they have spoken to the driver. They don't call me back or give me any feedback. Worst courier company I have ever had to deal with. Temu will definitely lose customers if they continue utilizing Baffalo couriers. I'm hoping to get my package sometime or a refund.
My mother was transferred from Sunninghill hospital to Care at Midstream rehabilitation Centre on the 24/07/2023 after brain surgery. She was able to speak and communicate when she arrived at Care at Midstream. They gave me weekly feedback with regards to the therapy, physio, speech therapy etc. I was advised on the 21/08/2023 that she would be ready for discharge on the 29/08/2023. On Saturday 26/08/2023 at roughly 15h45 we arrived 15 minutes early for visitation and my mother was battling to breathe. I called the nurse who then put her on the oxygen machine and my mother was unresponsive. The next day she was drooling from her mouth and was not able to communicate. When I called the Doctor, he said that she was fine, but he did request bloods. On Monday I went to Care at Midstream to do the training with the Physio, OT and speech the****** so I would be able to do this at home. They could not understand nor show me how my mom could walk and do all the therapy she was supposedly able to do on the Saturday morning. I went to see the Social Worker at Care at Midstream to address my concerns and request a CT scan. She cancelled the discharge for the 29/08/2023 and they requested a CT scan whereby I had to pay an ambulance to collect her and take her to the Mediclinic and back to the rehabilitation Centre. After continuous calling, the Doctor called me back the next day after 15h30 to advise that he had spoken to the Neurologist at Sunninghill hospital, and she had to be transferred to Sunninghill hospital ICU. She was transported there on the 30/08/2023 after 21h00 and bloods were taken at Sunninghill as well as the chest xray that indicated she had sepsis, pneumonia, and an extremely dangerous ammonia level. The blood tests taken at Care at Midstream on the 27/08/2023 indicated the same results. She never woke up at Sunninghill hospital as she died from sepsis and multiple organ failure. They leave the client files open to see. I would have thought with the Physio, therapy and daily Doctors visits they would have noticed that my mother was ill and had a possible seizure.
I ordered a parcel on the 26 July 2022. Nobody replies to my emails. The package isn't even on route to SA. There is no contact number to call them.
