As they haven't contacted me at all about the fraudulent case except for these sms's. I expected Tyme Bank to call back as they promised about 5 times. Nothing. I haven't received a refund so now I am completely stuck no accommodation no money to purchase a plane ticket to get home. What do they expect me to do now? Just drop your customers like that. Are we just a joke? How can a bank treat customers like this it's unfathomable. This is all I have received from tyme bank via texts. I hope everybody has had a happy Christmas, I was hoping to have one as I flew myself overseas to spend my time with my family. I am now stuck here as, my bank account got cleaned out! I initially phoned tyme and I was under the assumption that they had opened up a fraud case right then and there as they blocked my account. While I was on the phone with them, my bank account got cleaned out. No further actions were taken by them. I phoned again a few days later and open up the fraud case which should have been opened in the first place. No follow ups, as this was badly handled. I lost over R7,5k. I am stuck overseas with no money as I was hoping to purchase my return ticket whilst being here. I need my money refunded asap. Wouldn't recommend TymeBank at all.
This is Houdini Locksmith Port Elizabeth, one of thier drivers were ****** rude stating that I must have bought my drivers licence when he was driving so close to my car no following distance couldn't even see that I had out my hazards on for them to pass. Think before you speak whom ever that driver was. Who was in milkwoods complex after 12 pm 20/09/21.. Not impressed what so ever. Learn some manners.
Simply Wi-Fi, based in Port Elizabeth, the owner John, is incredibly arrogant and rude there's no apologies when the internet is down, empty promises of 24/7 customer support. It's non existence, they do not accept phone calls, they do not reply until the next day, wort internet service provider. When I canceled the service they took over 2 weeks to come and collect thier router. After not coming when they stated they would. I was offered an opportunity to make an investment within crypto currency via a "consultant" AnRan. To beable to invest or buy in I had to sign up with binance and purchase bitcoin. There was a private placement which would only last a few months until it would go public the crypto currency was called NQT via this link https://www.oahucoinex.com/#/ . This AnRan consultant was pushy about the fact that it was a massive inventment with over 100% return. At first I paid £200 worth, then I apparently had to invest more or else my account would freeze. Then grew daily until finally it grew to $90669.47. Few months on I had paid over 2200 pounds with investment and tax to pay tax which I was promised the funds would be released. Which it didn't, I had to pay a final tax with by that time I was cleaned out. Have nothing left to pay. So my account got "frozen" and lost everything, I got blocked by the consultant, on whatsapp which is the platform they assisted on. This is thier number +447907400296 . Supposedly this consult working is for a Hong Kong company which was in England for a buiness trip. This company is crypto currency investments and financial services. Please be very wary of this scam. This is all the information I have unfortunately. This is so nobody else has to be scammed like I did. Thanks for listening.
I booked flights through flight center Port Elizabeth, my consultant, Angelique Fondling assisted me last year, assured me I can get a full refund for my flights, had to cancel the flights. The processing took a good few months, I have now heard from her Ethiopian Airlines are now refusing to give me any refund as the original tickets were non refundable. In the begining before purchasing my tickets I asked Angelique if this would be refundable and she said yes. What rubbish service and customer care, there was suppose to be a covid 19 policy that allows full refunds. What do I do next? Alot of money has now been lost which I actually need. Anyone got any advise?
